What Size Case O-ring Will Fit My Seiko Case 7t32-6n50?

Am changing battery on my Seiko Chronograph with case 7T32-6N50. Gasket looks like it could stand to be replaced. Questions: Is this a flat o-ring and what size do I need for a replacement? Thanks much for your input! Regards.
