Blade For Craftsman Lawn Edger Model # 900-79654

I needed a new blade for my Craftsman Lawn edger model . Seems ad though this blade is no longer available. The man at sears said the cutting blade part # 2059 would replace the original blade. This blade is too long, so it does not work. Being as Sears ordered the wrong item, I need to return the blades they incorrectly ordered, because Sears will not take them back. It's their error. On my Visa bill, the reference number for the sale

I suggest you take these steps:

Phone Sears customer service (even if you have already done so). See the contact information here: https://www.contacthelp.com/sears/customer-service. If this is your second call, or if the representative is uncooperative, ask politely but firmly for a supervisor. Then if necessary...
Communicate with Sears corporate. See the contact information here: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/sears/Corporate%20Office. A written request may be more effective.
Finally, if necessary, complain to the office of the Illinois Attorney General, at 312-814-3000.
