Clothes Washer Smell

I have a front loaded samsung washer and the clothes smell. I have tried a number of solutions to get rid of the smell. Leaving the door open, buying special soap to use in the washer once a month. I just want to get rid of this machine and start over. Does samsung or sears have and replacement of take back policy on these washers? In my opinion this is a design problem and should be remedined by the manufacturere and retailer.

depending on how long you have had it you can return it under the manufautures warranty also call the sears customer service for corporate and tell them your problem another thing you can try is to run a cycle with no clothes in it using either baking soda or white vinger. Both those things are great at getting out smells

there is also this stuff they sell at sears called affresh and it is a special cleaner for the fl washers. You can always call Samsung and see if there was a recall - it definitely never hurts to try! If enough people complain that is when they do recalls. Under the manufacturer warranty you can request a 90 day satisfaction guarantee exchange if you are still within the first 90 days. If you have a protection agreement coverage it depends on the terms and conditions of your contract.
