Failures Copying A St373455lc To An Identical Hard Drive.

On a Linux server, when I try to duplicate a ST373455LC to a new ST373455LC, the copy fails with the following message:dd: writing '/dev/sdb': No space left on device.68+1 records in68+0 records outThe new drives have firmware version 0005. The drives I have tried to copy FROM have version 0003 or 0006. The new drives that fail, version 0005, also have part number 9Z3006-005. The only drive with firmware version 0005 that passed has part number 9Z3006-058. Could this be a firmware problem? If it is, how can I download version 0006?

The Seagate website:

https://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/

Offers downloads of transfer data programs and diagnostics. To obtain firmware for a specific drive one needs the serial number. If you access the link above and insert the serial number you may be successful.

Hope that helps.
