Invalid Serial Numbers Entered Via Registration Form.
I hope someone that sees this can foward to the person that can help with this problem! I have just bought your new 4 TB backup USB3 drive.When I try using the registration form on it's software it always says "Invalid numbers" I have tried both of the two sets of figures at the bottom of the drive which are first [100706585] and under those a bit further is [Q1210240D6M] THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO MY PROBLEM. Please respond via my email.I am in urgent need of a full backup.
