Elliptical 420 Problem

I have an elliptical 420 pre 2010 model which I haven't used in a long time. I thought that I lost the power cord but I realized that the one I have is the right one, but it doesn't stay in the hole. I tried to tighten the bolt that surrounds the hole but I believe that the connector there is broken. Can it be replaced?
