I Have A Schwinn 213 Recumbent Bike

when i last used it worked good. didn't use it during the summer, now when i plugged it up i get power to bike but i can't pedal forward.

It sounds like you got the resistance strap too tight when you plug the bike in the power.

If the new resistance motor is not running you need to check the speed sensor near the flywheel to make sure it is within 1/4 inch of the flywheel. If this is off or the speed sensor has failed the resistance motor won't run.

If any of this not working than you need professional help to fix this thing up for you.
