Alarm E7

I HAVE A SANYO MPR-214F FRIDGE GIVING E7 ALARM WHICH COULD BE CIRCULATION FAN PROLBEM. SET TEMPERATURE FOR REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER CAN STILL BE ACHEIVED JUST THAT E7 ALARM HAPPENS EVERYDAY WHICH IS REALLY IRRITATING. HAS REPLACED A NEW FAN BUT ALARM PERSISTS AND FRIDGE IS EMPTY SO IT COULD NOT BE BAD CIRCULATION EITHER. PLEASE ADVISE?
