Can Not Open Anything
This was my Mom's phone and she had this model for a long time. She has since passed away and there are pictures and possible contacts still on the phone.My problem is that it will power on; but I am unable to do anything else. Can not open contacts, voicemail, pictures, etc. Is there a way I can get access to what is on the phone?
