Sanyo Lcd No Picture
I have a Sanyo DP42849, I was watching TV and heard a loud pop then the screen went black but there was still sound. Turned TV off for a few minutes and then back on and picture and sound both came back. After about a minute heard another loud pop and picture went away again. Picture never returned. I am able to see a faint picture by pointing a flashlight directly at the screen from the front. Looked online and saw multiple posts stating the inverter board was bad. Took TV to local electronic repair shop and they also stated the inverter board needed to be replaced however they wanted an arm and leg to do so. I ended up taking TV and ordering an inverter board online. Replaced inverter board and still getting no picture. What else could be causing no picture?
