My Sanyo Dp32242 Tv Will Not Turn Back On After My Electrical Power Went Out

What can I do to start it

Try unplugging the TV for about 30 minutes and then plug it back in. If that doesn't work then unfortunately something was likely damaged due to a power surge. You would have to have it looked at by a local repair shop to see if it's worth fixing.
