Is This Fixable
TV is 4 yrs old. The picture just fades away with red lines and then turns black. It comes back on sometimes by turning on and off and sometimes just leaving it on. All of this is happening more and more. Cant even get to see the weather on the news. Is it affordable to fix or am I buying a new one???
