Samsung Drain Issue - Door Locking Issue
I have a very similar problem to one I saw on here, but did not have a confirmed resolution. I have a front-load Samsung Washing Machine - Model WF448AAW/XAA. When I turn on the machine & select the Rinse+Spin cycle, the door locks & then unlocks & then locks again (no error message). The selection cycle will not begin. Earlier I had a drain problem & replaced the drain motor. The washing machine is on but will not begin the selected cycle. If I unplug for 5 minutes and start and run the normal cycle, it will drain the unit at the beginning of the cycle, but always freezes up during the cycle and gives me a drain error message. I am also seeing a bit of water on the ground. Any help would be greatly appreciated (Samsung was not very helpful).

Why is my Samsung washer not draining?
If your washer doesn't drain water out, but the motor is running, your washer probably has a frozen drain hose. Please disconnect the drain hose from the washer's cabinet, and rotate the drain hose manually. If the drain hose doesn't rotate freely, then it's frozen. Please replace it.
How do you fix a Samsung washer that won't drain?
Twist the drain hose cap counterclockwise to slowly remove it and drain the water. After the water is drained, remove the filter and clean it with a soft toothbrush. Inspect the filter housing and remove any visible dirt or debris. Reinsert the filter, replace the cap, and turn it clockwise until it's secure.
How do I force my Samsung washer to drain?
To drain your washer in an emergency, follow these steps:
1 Unplug the washing machine from the power supply.
2 Open the filter-cover.
3 Unscrew the emergency drain cap by turning it to the left.
4 Grip the cap on the end of the emergency drain tube, and then slowly pull it out about 15 cm (about 6 inches).
How do I reset my Samsung washer?
Resetting your washing machine is easy. Unplug it (or turn off power at the circuit breaker), wait some time for the electrical charge to clear out of the washer (usually 1 to 5 minutes at most), and then power it up again. That's it. That's all it takes to reset.
