Samsung Wf337aar-xaa Washing Machine Will Not Spin

our washer is located in garage. have checked to make sure nothing is frozen. the machine will not spin but will run other functions. there are no error codes, so not sure what my options are?

Check if there is anything stuck in your drain pump, remove pipe from bottom of machine and free pump
