Samsung Front Loading Washing MachineModel # Wf317aag/xaa
Our washing machine continues to fill in the unit - even when the unit is powered off. So far we have tried: 1. The spin cycle only - set at no spin (to drain the machine) 2. Spin Cycle only - Set at medium - unit continued to fill with water while running the spin cycle. 3. Starting the "normal" cycle - unit continued to fill... This involves the cold water supply only, that we are aware of. The Samsung service technician at the 800 number would not provide any further information beyond "there is an internal problem with the machine" - then provided a service company that would be contacting me within the next 24-48 business hours. Is there anything else we can try at home prior to paying a technician to come out? Thanks in advance. Details of the machine: Front loading washing machine. Model:
