Samsung Top Loading Washing Machine L Wa48h7400aw/a2
When the tub is empty of clothes and water I can turn or shake the empty tub and hear water sloshing under the tub. The service repair technician says this is normal but I'm not so sure. If this is correct do I need to be concerned about mold or mildew going under the tub?

This is normal. The VRT ring has a saline solution (salt water) in it that will make a splashing/sloshing sound when the tub is rotated back and forth.
