On And Off Screen For Mhy Samsung Lcd Tv, Automatically Changing Channels.

My samsung LCD TV is when turned on will shut off automatically, sometimes in changes from TV to PC screen and thenm shut off or changes channel until for sometime, after a few minutes it will function normally.
