There is almost always a labeled diagram that is printed somewhere on the hard drive. If there is not a diagram then it's usually embossed near the jumpers. The one you want to put your jumper on is the one that is labeled 'slave' or SL. It is typically the middle set of double pins (the column with the single pin is just a place to store a spare/unused jumper).
If there is no diagram then the jumpers are usually configured like this
