Older Samsung Jitterbug Phone Reset
The Samsung phone I have does not a menu option. Any numbers entered is automatically entered into the phone as "dial"? Yes/No. Removed the battery and it shows it's an SPH-A310, but not sure what generation. Operations are very basic. I need to do a hard reset. Phone is approx 4-5 years old. Thank you
