Samsung T528g Error Message For Internet' Service Unavailable'.

I received this phone last week. Don't' have 2nd phone to call tech help. My internet service stopped randomly last night. An error message " service unavailable" comes up when trying to access internet for 3g and wi fi. Tried resets and restores several times but they didn't work.
