Where Is My Manual Restart Button?
I was locked out of my phone threw the puk number. i dont get anything up when i turn my phone on except the options to make a phone call to sos or a normal phone call. i cannot access anything i cant back up i cant do anything. i need to know how to force reboot my phone.

Have you tried calling Straight Talks Customer service line? I know how to do a restart but you have to be able to get into your menu and settings for that. If there is a way to "force" a restart, i've never figured it out and i've had this phone for almost a year. (and i hate this phone....it has all kinds of problems. Anyway, i'm pretty sure that Straight Talk is the only one that can give you a PUK code to unlock your phone, their number is 1-877-430-CELL (2355) or you can reach them online at www.straighttalk.com. Hope this helps.
