Samsung Sgh I-677 Windows Phone Invalid Sim Card

I bought a Samsung SGH I-677 Windows phone and have been using it for the past Four months. I recently put it on and it is reporting that my Sim card is invalid. I live in Liberia, Africa and is not a user of AT&T
