The procedure in setting up the WiFi capability of your samsung device could always be found in its settings. You have to search for the network settings of the device.

Another best thing you can do to your wifi connection problem is to check the manual of the device and follow the instruction. I cannot tell the exact procedure of setting up its wifi connection since every model varies its type of settings.
