To restore the handset, to the factory default settings and delete all data, follow the steps below:
- From the standby screen, press Menu
- Press Settings
- Press Phone
- Press Restore Phone
- Press Yes to Reset the handset's settings to the factory defaults
- Enter the Password then press on OK (Default is last 4 digits of the phone number)
- If prompted, re-enter the Password to confirm then press on OK
