# I have a SAMSUNG MULTIEXPRESS ITEC 6122. When I press copy it sound an alarm and says printer not available. may you please help

the connection or the drivers, you need to check the two. the driver installed might not be supported by the os you are using. if the device work fine previously, the you should consider performing a system restore.
