Why Has The Sound On My Samsung Model Sch-r451c(st)quit Working?
My wife's phone is not insilent mode and the sound just quit working one day. I have pushed all the buttons I can find and checked the owners manual to no avail.Any help is greatly appreciated. She really likes this phone so saving it would be a coup for me.

Most likely she accidently put it in silent mode, go to page 35 in the manual.
Silent Mode
Silent Mode causes your phone to operate with no tones. To turn Silent Mode on
and off:
In standby mode, press and hold . # speaker\off key
