Problem In Activating Hotspot In Galaxy Note 2

Hello my name is sajid huassain I m using samsung sch i605 in india . I m not able to on mobile hotspot. it always shows validation error please help me.. thanks in advance

The mobile hotspot feature requires an extra monthly fee from most carriers. You will have to check with your wireless carrier about this.
