Inside The Door And The Rubber Trim Really Really Hot

I just inherited this fridge and it seems like a very nice one, but when you open the door, inside the door where the rubber molding meets and keeps the door shut, it is REALLY hot. Like it will burn your hand hot. Scares me. Any ideas? Thanks.

Fan behind in bottom back next to compressor mostly likely is not working. Replace fan.
