Why Is Only 1 Indicater Light Blinking On Freezer Side After Power Outage.
No other buttons are working , I have a Samsung side by side RS261M**

Try pressing the two top buttons for 5 seconds and see if it resets. This unit does diagnostics on start up and will refuse to start if an issue is detected (ice maker and the sensors are commond on the model).
