Freezer Not Cooling

Temperature fluctuates no matter what temperature is set at. We set it at 2 degrees and it goes up to 54???

Press and hold Power Freeze (on the freezer section) and Power Cool (fridge section) simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. This should make the refrigerator run a self diagnostic test and restart the refrigerator's motherboard. If this does not restart the motherboard, the refrigerator may need service.
