How Do You Remove The Computer From The Door ?

28 cu. ft. 4-Door Refrigerator and 8" LCD Digital Display with Apps

The LCD TouchScreen Assembly is "snapped" into the ice dispenser cavity by 4 tabs. There are also 2 screwdriver cavities at the horizontal center. Please remember that you can easily damage the thin S.S. sheet metal that covers the door and display!!!! Very carefully pry one side apart from the ice dispenser cavity. You will hear and see the display break loose from the snap fit. Repeat on other side. The LCD assembly wiring connector can be disconnected from the entire ice/LCD assembly for replacement. I will warn again.....be very careful when prying! Try to find another parts supplier other than Sears or Samsung direct....You will save at least 30-70%.......Cost for this display is around $400 cdbaker2112
