Our Freezer Is Not Working Properly - It Will Not Cool Down

Have checked the vents aren't blocked, fridge part is working fine. Freezer will not cool down enough to keep food frozen (even when use power freeze). Unplugged, and left for 10 minutes, and replugged it in, still to no avail.
