Rf4287hawp One Year Old 28 Cuft Fridge
The ice maker will not refill with water after ice has been ejected. This has happened twice since we have owned this refrigerator. The problem seems to occur when a large quantity of ice is removed at one time.
Additionally, the ice tray can be amost impossible to re-install (slide into its "slot" after it's been removed). This inability for re-installing the tray happens almost every time the ice compartment is removed.
I have a full 5 year warrantly on this appliance (purchased from Lowes when the unit was originally bought).
Please advise an action that I should take. I am in Portsmouth, NH The Lowes store is located in Greenland, New Hampshire.
