Leveling Question Rf4267ha

I just purchased the RF4267HA refrigerator. I have tried using the legs to level it front to back. It is still higher in the front. It seems like the wheels are holding it up in the front because the front legs are not even on the ground anymore. Am I supposed to remove the wheels? How am I supposed to level the refrigerator if the legs don't tough the floor?
