My Samsung Rf32fmqdbsr/aa Refrigerator Is Not Cooling Keeps 55 Degrees.

My Samsung RF32FMQDBSR/AA Refrigerator is Not Cooling keeps 55 degrees. It seems like cooling is working because it shows exactly the same degrees-55F. But, after I adjust to 32F, it never goes down to 32F. Samsung service tech came out and checked with the Samsung tech support of the Samsung's main office. Tech support center said. It is impossible to fix in Michigan. Warranty has gone. Samsung company kept saying "Sorry". I paid 4500 dollars. Only lasted 7 years and no way to fix? Really makes me mad. Local repair guy diagnosed and said that he needs to replace the black big motor for the cooling on the bottom of the unit.
