As of this writing Help Owl staff has failed to correctly identify your product. (The model number posted is one for a freezer, not a refrigerator.) I'm sorry for the error, but what I can do is walk you through the process I'd use if I knew the correct model number. This may quickly give you your answer.

Go to the Repair Clinic page at
http://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/Appliance-R... and click Repair Help (at the far right, near the top). Type the correct model number [you can omit the model name] in the second search box--the one at the left--and press SEARCH. (Don't use the first search box.) On the next page you may have to scroll down. Look for the link (possibly more than one) that describes your issue.

To find parts (which can be ordered from the same site), follow the same proocedure but use the first search box, at the very top.

Hope this is useful. Please don't forget to click the Accept This Answer button if you do accept it. My aim is to provide reliable helpful answers, not just a lot of them. See https://www.helpowl.com/profile/Odin.
