Ice Build Up And No Water In Dispenser
We get ice build up under drawers and inside back wall of refrigerator. Have to thaw it with heaters sometime ice cause fan to be noisy. Now we have no water and this has been going on since 1 year after we bought it. HELP!

I have the same thing happening to my Samsung. I even went so far as to use the home warranty that came with the recent purchase of my house to get a professional to take a look at the problem. I would have drips coming down the ice chute & water was freezing under the bottom 2 bins. After all is said and done, I have come to the conclusion that the white rubber seal at the top of the ice chute that is suppose to seal tight against the ice maker isn't actually making a good seal. Thus, water has been able to drip & freeze. I am not trying to locate the part # to replace the seal. Good luck!
