Samsung Rb215abpn 6 Yr Old Refrigerator Is Not Freezing.
What I know:Freezer is not cooling at the right temp. The coil is not frozen or iced up. When I pushed the rapid freeze button it went well beyond freezing. When I went to reset the front panel by unpluging for five minutes, touching power freeze and power refrigerator the freezer started at -17 and as it cooled the temp went from -17 to -16 to -15 to -14 etc but it was cooling not warming The temp inside the freezer was more like 45 degrees. I switched out the thermastater in the freezer and noting changed. Seems that the freezer is cooling to what it thinks the temp is but its not recording the correct actual temp.What is wrong? does it need new computer or new door panel electronics?
