Freezer To Worm

I DID ALL INSTRUCTIONS RECOMENDED BUT FREEZER AND ICE MAKER NOT WPRKING ICE MAKER DONT MAKE ICE AND FREEZER TO WORM. CHECKED THE PLUG HELD BOTTONS FOR 8 SEC. BUT STILL WONT WORK
