The Freezer Temp Fluctuates Won't Cool To Temp Setting, Fan Works

you have a sealed system problem like you're low on freon. ALL of the coils from top to bottom should be lightly coated in frost. You need to pull the refrigerator forward and remove the lower back access panel. Make sure the fan next to the compressor is running. If so then clean the coils next to the fan motor so that the dust isn't stopping the condenser from cooling down. If you've done all that and it's STILL not cooling, you need to call a technician out to check the freon pressure so he can determine if you have a freon leak or need a new compressor
