Using The Cc Button On My Remote For Samsung Tv Model # Pn51e450a1fxza Gives Err
When I select the cc button on remote for Samsung tv pn51e450a1fxza I receive message - NOT AVAILABLE. So what's the deal.

Not all programs and content support CC. In order to use it on the TV itself, you'll need to be watching cable (without a box) or TV via an antenna. If you're watching content on an external device like a DVD player or satellite/cable box then you'll need to look for a CC option on those devices instead.
