Screen Frozen In Dvi Mode.

The Monitor Operates In All Modes Except Dvi Mode. One Day It Froze And Now Won't Boot Into It. Is There Any Way To Get The Screen Back? also Where Can I Download The Latesest Software And Firmware For The Monitor? Please Advise. Thank You.
