Tv Clicks On And Off When Plugged In

my samsung 55" LCD 1080p flat screen won't turn on. When I plug it in the red power light on the tv turns on and off like every 4 seconds and makes a clicking sound each time the red light flashs. How can I fix this problem myself. I was thinking it could be some bad Capacitors maybe?

Try pressing and holding the EXIT button for a while. Doing this returns you product to factory defaults.
