1. Picture Test - You can check this by going to MENU >SUPPORT > SELF DIAGNOSIS > PICTURE TEST.
You will be asked if the problem still persists. If yes, then there is an issue with the TV. If not then the issue is with what you are watching (i.e. Blu ray/DVD player, set top box or satellite receiver, etc), or the picture settings may have been altered. Please try removing any connections from the TV and reinserting them correctly and securely.
2. If the picture test shows a clear picture i.e. no fault with the TV, then we can reset the picture settings. This can be done by going to MENU > PICTURE > RESET.
3. These lines may also be caused if your TV is running an older version of firmware. It would be highly beneficial to update the TV to the latest version available. You can find the most up to date version, along with clear instructions on how to prepare and install the update here.
If the picture test shows the image having the same issue(s), the picture reset does not work and the software update did not cure the problem, then there is an issue with your TV.
You will need to arrange to have it checked by one of our authorised service centres (click on the link to find your local centre).
