It's the power management board usually. I've had to replace capacitors on my board before and I'm now looking to replace the entire thing. Look into repairing bad capacitors on YouTube it's pretty straightforward if u don't mind jumping in and repairing your own tv. Otherwise you can take it to a shop. Good luck!
