The Speakers Pair Up But Don't Play
the speaker box pairs up and everything but doesn't play any sound I don't know what else to do I already reset it and everything and it's brand new

To perform a factory reset of the soundbar, please follow the steps below. Power On the Soundbar. Press and hold both the Vol- and Vol+ buttons on the soundbar until INIT appears on the display. Let me know once you are done.
With a Remote: With the soundbar on, hold the gear button for more than 10 seconds
Without a Remote: With the soundbar on, hold the Volume + and Volume - for more than 6 seconds
