Bluetooth can be aggravating when it does not work. Distance from the unit is important.

Check page 47 of the user guide. Follow the instructions as they appear to have a specific procedure to get connected. Also check how many devices are paired. Maximum of 5 devices allowed.

Step 1: Go to settings on your Samsung Z310. Step 2: In settings, find and select the "Restore Factory Settings" option. Step 3: Now, It will ask you to type your phone password in order to proceed with the factory resettings operation.
