Samsung Ht-q45 Wont Find Disks

I have a Samsung HT-Q45 that when the tray is loaded with DVD’s, says that all slots are empty. I read about a possible dirty lens that reads the disks and to wipe it with a dry q tip. I did that and it still won’t find anything. With the cover off, I can see that it picks up the DVD but it doesn’t spin it. I don’t know if this is the problem or how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Jim

but you'd probably have more luck if you regiseterd it here http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/HT-Q45

and possibly update the firmware and / or repost the question on that samsung site
