Issues With My Samsung Hm 3300 Bluetooth!!

Hello and good afternoon there Samsung Customer service staff;Hope all is well with you and your staff this afternoon. First of all, Happy Friday to you, second of all, I have been having issues with my Samsung HM-3300 Bluetooth device. For some odd reason, I have the Spanish language instead of the English language, and I've been trying to play with it, and see if I'll be able to somehow switch it back, but unfortunately I've been running out of luck, and nothing seems to be helping me answer that question. So therefore, please "HELP ME"!!!! I desperately need your assistance, guidance and help with this matter and issues. Thank you very much in advance. In pairing mode press and hold both volume buttons simultaneously to select a language.
