300 Volts Out From Power Board

I removed the power board. the output voltage on power board was measure at 300 volts so ther is power out .as for the correct amount i do not know the specs of the power module. im not sure if itere a problem after the power board and before the lamp. both fans are operating, but not sure if there isa bad sensor betwen power and lamp
